Prints are shipped un-framed unless other arrangements have been made.
Backorders - we ship in-stock merchandise immediately and backordered items as they become available. You will only be charged for items when they are shipped, and you will only pay a portion of the total shipping and handling charge.

Exchanges / Returns Policy:

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase we will assist you with a prompt refund, exchange, or credit within 30 days of the date of purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition with all original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost to return an item to us. No CODs will be accepted. Only the amount of the merchandise will be refunded. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

To return an item to us pack your merchandise securely. Include your original packing slip. Send the package insured and via a traceable shipping method to:

Shipping Charges:

$12.50 for rolls
$25. for flat shipping (Glicee's must be shipped flat.)
For COD orders a UPS cod fee of $7.00 will be added.
Prices may vary for large orders and we can contact you with the shipping charges for them.

We only sell wholesale to Dealers, no exceptions.
